I looked the government data for population change by state from 2010 to 2020.
And I sorted it by excel, then I got some below insights.
1> Top4 states CA, TX, FL, NY over +20M, 2 turns to 4 states CA, TX and newly FL, NY
2> 20M to +10M, 5 turns to 6 states, PA, IL, OH and newly GA, NC, MI
3> Over +10% change, 9 states TX, FL, WA, AR, CO, UT, NV, ID, ND
FL catched up NY, and CA reached about 40M and TX to 30M.
Definitely, Top 4 states are mostly favorable place to live, work and study to American and foreingers both.
